Dr. Michael Porter will be maintaining his same hours on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays

Please call 847-692-6956 and leave us a message and we will call you right back to schedule.

We understand and share our patients’ concerns about the spread of COVID-19 and other illnesses. Our patients’ and our staff’s health and safety is our top priority. In order to help protect everyone and reduce exposure, we will be scheduling return patient visits every half hour and new patient visits every hour to decrease the number of people in the office in order to maintain social distancing.

We request that when you arrive at our office:

  1. Wait inside your car and call 847-692-6956 to let Nancy know you are there. If she does not answer, please leave a voicemail. She will let you know when to leave your car to come inside the office
  2. Please wear your own face mask/scarf/covering before entering the office and during your entire visit.
  3. We ask that you use our hand sanitizer or wash your hands in the bathroom with soap and water before your treatment
  4. Please do not pet clementine the dog…she is also social distancing

Our office always follows standard protocols for cleaning surfaces. However, at this time we will be doing additional cleaning of patient contact surfaces such as door handles, drawer pulls, etc. We will be disinfecting the treatment room, tables, and equipment after each patient. The staff will be wearing masks and washing our hands after seeing each patient. We will continue to monitor updated information and will maintain protocols as recommended by the CDC.

As an added preventive policy, if you have or have had any of the following symptoms within the last 14 days please call and reschedule your appointment:

Fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, diarrhea, contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or with anyone who has traveled domestically or internationally during the past 14 days. If you are not quite sure if you are feeling sick or getting sick we would prefer to reschedule your appointment, and we appreciate you keeping us safe as well. We will not come to work if we are feeling ill.

Only scheduled patients requiring care should enter the building. Drivers, spouses, guests, etc. will be asked to remain outside the office.

Thank you for your cooperation!
